The construction crew on our easy living town homes in Prospect were treated to a “topping-out” lunch on a recent chilly Friday. We were there to mark the completion of framing—a milestone in new construction. And just in time. Winter has arrived.


“We really appreciate your excellent work out here,” said Michael Markel, President and Founder of Markel Homes, “and I appreciate you staying on schedule.”


The guys dined on Cuban pork and French fries, and yes, a few were seen eating the autumn salad from a menu that included beef stew, chili and curry chicken.
